Health Minister Terrence Deyalsingh has indicated that Hardware’s, Bookstores and Art Supply Stores are to be reopened from Monday 14th June.
An official release from the Ministry of Health dated June 12th 2021 stated;
With effect from Monday 14th June 2021, the minister of Health hereby authorizes, Hardware Stores
Bookstores and Art Supply Stores, ONLY, to operate until further notice, on the following days and
times.
Hardware Stores:
Mondays & Wednesdays – 8am to 4pm
Fridays – 8am to 2pm
Saturdays – 8am to 12pm
Bookstores:
Mondays through Fridays – 8am to 4pm
Art Supply Stores:
Mondays through Fridays – 8am to 4pm
The release went on to urge shoppers to limit their time spent at the above mentioned places of
business and to restrict their purchases to essential items only.
