The United States has listed travel to Trinidad & Tobago as a moderate Level 2 concern because of the coronavirus pandemic.
In an updated travel advisory issued to the media, countries were listed in five categories, ranging from unknown, to levels 1-4.
Aruba, Antigua & Barbuda, The Bahamas, Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica, Saint Vincent & the Grenadines and Saint Lucia were listed among the level 4 countries with a very high ranking. Travelers were asked to avoid visits to countries in this category. Venezuela is also listed within Level 4.
Haiti was listed in Level 3.
Apart from Trinidad & Tobago being listed at level 2, condidered as moderate, Dominica was the only other Eastern Caribbean country mentioned within this category. The advisory stated, travelers with increased risk for severe illness from Covid 19, should avoid non-essential travel to these destinations.

Grenada together with Monserrat, Cayman Islands, St Kitts & Nevis were the Caribbean countries listed at the lowest category, Level 1.
